Children's Day 14 November ,2022
On the occasion of Children's Day a meeting was organised with women in village Baniyanwala, Pratap Nagar. There were 14 local women and survivor women who participated in the meeting. The meeting started at 2:00pm. Dildar Hussain coordinator, Empower People, started the discussion and provided information about Children's Day. It is celebrated on 14th of November. It is completely dedicated to our first prime minister Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru because he was born on this date. Nehru ji loved children so much and considered the future of India that is why his birthday is celebrated as Children's Day. In the meeting women got to know about this day. This encouraged social connection and they were provided an opportunity to get together.
